Verdant was founded in 2019 by Olivia and Mateo Reyes on a 2-acre plot in Asheville, North Carolina. We grow most of what we sell, and source the rest from a tight circle of small growers we've known for years.
Today our team is 14 people. Our greenhouse is solar-heated, our packaging is plastic-free, and we donate 1% of revenue to local pollinator restoration projects.
Mostly though, we just like plants. We hope you do too.
